Hello, I’m Vicky Kondal, the proud owner of Acacia Homecare Berkshire. Since opening our doors on 1st November 2019, we’ve been honoured to be part of the Acacia network, delivering compassionate and personalised care to our community.

We are based in Winnersh Triangle, we provide a wide range of services from Home Care to Live In Care across Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Bracknell, Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. For emergencies or support outside office hours during weekdays and on weekends, we provide an out-of-hours contact for your convenience.

Although our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, be rest assured that we also have an on call service that you have access to should emergencies arise.

Ongoing Care Plan Review

We understand that care needs change and we regularly review care plans to ensure you are receiving the care relevant for you, including increase or reducing your support.

Other services

You may not realise it but we may be able to offer support in other areas such as picking up and delivering mediation or help to find a suitable handyman or gardener.  Just speak to a member of our customer care team and they can advise you.
